Snowy Day

When I woke this morning I was surprised to see out of my window that it had started snowing! The first time we have had proper snow for around 5 years. I quickly pulled on my clothes and snow suit then rushed outside . To start with the snow was a bit slushy and Daddy said it wouldn't settle. We walked to a friends house to make Christmas wreaths and by around lunchtime the snow was deep enough to sledge on and build a giant snow caterpillar! All the trees and plants had a covering of snow, everything had turned white, it was a perfect photo opportunity!
